Last updated:

Whether you are a side, back or stomach sleeper, I bet that you have at least once sleep on your arm. Personally, I love sleeping with arms under my pillow since it puts me to sleep like immediately. It feels so right, yet it is so wrong for your health.
I usually find my arms deadpan and numb before reviving with a flowing of ”pins and needles" sensations. I went to have a check-up but everything is perfectly fine. Then I realize that it’s because of the arm-under-pillow that makes my morning more miserable than it is supposed to be.

Sleeping on your arms may sound comfy but it does ruin your morning, even your whole day with pains and irritation. I know it is hard to break a habit but it’s not impossible, especially for the sake of our health. I know we can do it. Follow these tips and your sleep will be better than ever.
Thank you for reading and if you have any other tips, please don’t hesitate to share it with me.
